The Ministry of Civil Aviation has issued draft rules to ensure ease of using drones in India on the basis of trust, self-certification, and non-intrusive monitoring. The Drone Rules, 2021, once notified, will supersede the UAS Rules, 2021, which came into force on March 12 this year.

The Rules aim to make the process of owning, possessing, exporting, importing, manufacturing, trading, leasing, operating, transferring, or maintaining a drone in India, simpler and hassle-free. For that, the draft rules seek to abolish the requirement of various approvals, ranging from certificate of conformance, certificate of maintenance, import clearance, to student remote pilot licences.

Besides, it proposes the development of drone corridors for cargo deliveries and a drone promotion council to be set up to facilitate a drone-friendly regulatory regime in the country.

Different rules for different kind and capacity of drones ,considering there pay load capacity to carry and its functions ,different heights each type of drones can fly ,domestic ,lower height ,photography medium height , defense or ammunition drone fleet different height ,need to have spl coded or which can be recognised like fast tag as indian and domestic and not hostile ,making foreign drine stand out ,like in military ,navy dress coding

பாரத பிரதமருக்கு வேண்டுகோள். இந்தியாவில் புவி வெப்பம் அடைவதை தடுக்கவும், அதிக மழை பொழிவதற்கும், இயற்கையை காப்பதற்கும் மரங்கள் ஒன்றே வழி.. மரங்கள் இயற்கையாக பெற ஒரே வழி, பறவைகள், விலங்குகள் மட்டுமே.. இதற்கு ஒரே வழி பறவைகள், விலங்குகள் வேட்டையாடுவது தடை செய்ய வேண்டும், வேட்டை துப்பாக்கிகளை உடன் பறிமுதல் செய்யவேண்டும், மீறி வேட்டையாடுபவர்களை கடுமையான தண்டனை மற்றும் அபராதம் மூலம் தடுக்க வேண்டும். மேற்படி நடவடிக்கை மூலம் இந்தியா பசுமை பூஞ்சோலையாக மாறும்.

The drones Or quadcopter to handling remote communication devices should have an MMI code for mobile phones. All sellers Or suppliers who sell parts or complete drones should provide unique code for each drone. These codes should be stored in central repository and give access to security agencies. There can be Radio devices which detect the identification of drone and it's owner details through automatic radio communication. Anti drone detection radio devices to be installed at place

only those having license should operate drones. Similar to vehicle even it should have registration certificate and traffic police should be given authority to monitor drones, if its flown without permission it should be shot down immediately by the local traffic police itself. Also no one should use drones in other property's air space without their permission, if done then criminal trespass act should be imposed on them.

Sir, every country in world doing advance researches for gaining technological superiority mileage over other to exploit both commercially & militarily to remain & recognised as a powerful nation. So india must do many ground works on superior drone technologies which Israel is currently pursuing for self existence & survival.
