The Ministry of Civil Aviation has issued draft rules to ensure ease of using drones in India on the basis of trust, self-certification, and non-intrusive monitoring. The Drone Rules, 2021, once notified, will supersede the UAS Rules, 2021, which came into force on March 12 this year.

The Rules aim to make the process of owning, possessing, exporting, importing, manufacturing, trading, leasing, operating, transferring, or maintaining a drone in India, simpler and hassle-free. For that, the draft rules seek to abolish the requirement of various approvals, ranging from certificate of conformance, certificate of maintenance, import clearance, to student remote pilot licences.

Besides, it proposes the development of drone corridors for cargo deliveries and a drone promotion council to be set up to facilitate a drone-friendly regulatory regime in the country.

अनुमति नही होनी चाहिए किसी प्रकार किसी बहाने की लोकल पुलिस परमिशन जरूर करे पूरे देश मे दुश्मन बाहर से ज्यादा अंदर तैयार है कोई नियम नही

Online registration of Drones should be done,be it for administrative or for private use.The model,make,bill receipt and so on so forth can be taken into consideration.Permission from local bodies should be made mandatory since many vloggers use drones for their videos or the entire process can be simplified through online again.

आज की तारीख में ड्रोन राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा और संरक्षा के लिए एक बड़ी चुनौती के रूप में सामने आ रही है। इसके लिए समय से पहले सचेत हो जाने की आवश्यकता है। ड्राफ्ट ड्रोन रेगुलेशन की सख्ती से पालन करने की आवश्यकता है। आजकल शादी समारोहों में भी ड्रोन द्वारा फोटोग्राफी की जाती है। इस प्रवृत्ति को सख्ती से बन्द करने की आवश्यकता है। इसकी आर में आतंकवादी कभी बड़ी घटना को अंजाम दे सकते हैं।

Drone is a very useful technology for promoting tourism specially. It shows the another dimension to the viewers which is ofcourse not possible with the camera, there are many independent video creators who work really hard in creating content and promoting tourism. There should be a portal from where drone flyers can take permission bcoz local authorities are not always supportive. and Max Altitude should be increased for Nano category to atleast 45-50 meters. I hope i made my point clear.THNX

Drone should be sold and bought at authorised store with valid ID like,aadhar,pan,etc. Surveillance should be their near sensitive places like iaf,army,navy,or any government organisations and strict action should be taken against person found violating rules. No drone area should made. New technology should be used to deactivate drones.

As per pandemic needs drones are becoming very need to track and monitoring purposes also to deliver items of medicine as well Nit only limited to this they can also help in braodcast news in local areas Also helpful at the areas where network issue so we can transmit the radio energy by theses and help in communication by this education also will be helpful Am also research fellow and working on drones helping in various drawbacks of drones in wsn
