1. Classification & Regularization/standardization of Solar solutions: For e.g. Domestic (1 KW to 10KW), Commercial (10KW to 50KW), Industrial (50 KW above) and quality assurance and control by regulatory bodies (Like we have RDSO, TEC for various departments). Regulator should approve and give star rating for the solutions of various manufacturers across India by transparently sharing the salient features.

The below points can be considered for renew the energy. 1. Rain water harvesting- It has been observed in past that, all geographical part of India is not getting equal amount of rain resulting flood somewhere and drought in some areas. We can build rain water storage system in heavy rain areas and distribute water to those areas where there is shortfall of rains. 2. Wind turbines-India has a long costal belt. We can built wind turbines in all coatal areas to generate electricity

Apart from our struggle we are bringing awareness among people about Solar Energy by conducting real time observation of Production process of SP panels in our company. So far thousands of individuals from Kashmir to Kanyakumari has visited us and understood what is solar energy means and how it is tapped. We welcome all to our factory to see the production methods.

I am a CEO in a Solar company. I read all the submissions by many individuals. They are all generalized views of an outsider who do not know the pain and struggle of Solar Companies in India. It is so happening that We set up the units not for our and workers benefit, but for the benefit of Government officials. We have been pestered by officers from institutions like Pollution Board, Factory Inspectors, Local City Corporation etc. We have hopes that the Indian Govt. will look into the matter.

Generating energy and saving the energy should go hand in hand. The uses of Renewable energy should be known to all levels of people and govt should encourage the village panchayats to move towards renewable energy. Mandal wise public private partnership of solar power projects should be held to promote renewal energy. In all offices, after office hours only, there should be monitoring electric consumption, so that less energy will be wasted.

Similiar to america and other places, anyone who buys solar panels and/or electric car should be given tax credits.

Solar installations to cover the requirement of common areas should be made mandatory and should form part of the permit for all housing complexes and buildings beyond a threshold level of area of construction. Along with that, a network of Operation & Maintenance service providers pan-India should be created, who is trustworthy, preferably a PSU -- like how people trust IRCTC, HPCL, IOCL etc., for product and services. If this part is taken care of, there will be voluntary participation.
