My suggestion to every yoga performer want to do yoga in the ground.but now due to Covid-19 pandemic they have need to obey my this slogan"stay safe,stay home with yoga at home".

As we all know this is unprecedented crisis ever, but on the other hand we have to follow the SOP's given by Govt. we should have advertise our traditional auspicious offering which has unique value of its own also recognised by global community. So do well at home with proper prescribed guidelines and stable yourself from mind to body and calm the body by adopting such sacred practice.
