Create regionally distributed manufacturing–services clusters for non-clinical healthcare inputs (medical packaging, lab consumables, hospital infrastructure components, healthcare logistics equipment, and health IT hardware), targeted at Tier 2/3 cities and low-income states, with fiscal incentives and skill support.

Please relieve the middle class from taxes .. as we have started touching the poverty line by paying taxes. our 1000 rs.taxes are also fined for delay and rich with millionaires and billionaires escape easily without paying any tax. Why should middle class be burdened with all the taxes. The politicians are the ones who benefit the most with all corruption , without paying tax and cheating middle class people of their hard earned money .. really sad to see the middle class people in country who are suffering most

To maximize India's growth in 2026-27, the Union Budget should focus on tripling R&D spending, slashing corporate tax for green startups, abolishing the Angel Tax entirely, merging GST slabs into a three-tier structure, and launching a National AI Skill & semiconductor also AI data centre Mission to train 10 million youth. It must further incentivize private sector Capex via tax credits, digitize 100% of land records for easier credit access, establish Special Economic Zones for Hydrogen, reduce personal income tax for the middle class to spur consumption, and provide a 50% wage subsidy for first-time female employees in manufacturing. Additionally, the budget should prioritize high-speed rail expansion, zero-duty on lithium imports & manufacturing units, decentralized solar grids for villages, interest-free loans for MSME digitization, and a massive increase in medical college seats to turn India into a global healthcare hub.
