Suraksha aur Swagat: Empowering Local Youth to Protect J&K Tourism We propose a pilot to recruit 50 Tourism Home Guards (THGs) in Gulmarg, Pahalgam, and Srinagar. Using a fraction of the Defense Budget, this initiative shifts from heavy-handed deployment to community-led intelligence. Objectives: • Atmanirbhar Security: Local youth act as “Eyes and Ears,” spotting anti-national activity and suspicious movements. • Aatithya Excellence: THGs enforce the Tourist Trade Act, curbing harassment, cheating, and touting for a “Zero-Distress” tourist experience. • Youth Empowerment: With dignified jobs (₹25,000/month stipend), youth join the national mainstream, building resilience against radicalization.

Respected Sir/Mam, My suggestion is to keep budgetary provision for awareness campaign regarding impact of harmful chemicals usage in human life as well as on ecosystem. How to lessen the load of pesticides residues in eating commodities by using right decontamination methods. It is urgent need of time to save future generations from harmful impact of chemicals i.e.well known diseases which can not be cured. Only awareness can protect, especially younger school going children. Regards Ajay

Long-term Security: Introduces statutory gratuity and pension, moving away from voluntary or purely bilateral agreements. Respected PM & Respect FM Sir, I am suggesting following points to be considered in the Budget for growth of the country and for Bihar. 1.Tax reform should be carried for old regime or for new regime, 30% tax slab either should be removed or should be applied income above 40Lakh. 2.80C limitation should be increased to 4Lakh in old regime. 3.Home Loan should be considered in New Tax regime for reduction. 4.IT hub and manufacturing should be promoted in Bihar.

Budget can trigger a nationwide debate on urban and economic revolution thru Partial Decentralization Of National Capital to reduce air & water pollution and resource constraints, decongestion, better security and growth of other urban centres. By strategically relocating less-essential central administrative functions and institutional headquarters from Delhi to appropriate cities across diverse states, the govt can decongest NCR while igniting infrastructure growth and real estate appreciation in states. This will democratize high-value employment, reduce regional brain drain, and ensure that the fruits of national governance reach nationwide. Such a shift will turn many emerging towns into economic powerhouses, creating a truly multipolar Indian economy, enhancing security through geographical diversification. This will lead to equitable development and social cohesion across states. Details explained in my article: https://www.pgurus.com/pm-explore-distributing-national-capital/
