REDUCE VDA TAX (VERTUAL DIGITAL ASSET) 1% TDS + NO loss ofset +30% tax + is not good for honest taxpayer compare to other stock traders /investors • ₹4.87 lakh crore worth of trading volume generated by Indians on offshore exchanges between Oct 2024 and Oct 2025, an 85% increase year on year • 91.5% of total Indian crypto volume is offshore, only about 8.5% happens on Indian exchanges • ₹11,000 crore TDS lost since 2022 due to offshore trading • ₹36,000 crore in capital gains tax lost due to user migration • India ranks #1 in crypto adoption, yet tax revenue remains low • Traffic to offshore exchanges is up 57%, Indian exchanges up only 21% • Next 5 years could see ~₹39.9 lakh crore offshore volume and ~₹39,970 crore TDS at risk ▶️ What needs to change: • TDS should be lowered from 1% to 0.01% • Loss set-off should be allowed, like other asset classes • Crypto should be taxed under normal capital gains rules, not a special flat 30% rate

Subject: Suggestion for Dedicated Budgetary Allocation for Protection and Welfare of Indigenous Cattle I would like to respectfully submit a policy suggestion for consideration by the Government of India regarding the protection and welfare of cows and indigenous cattle. Cows hold significant economic, agricultural, ecological, and cultural importance in India. Beyond their traditional value, indigenous cattle contribute to rural livelihoods, organic farming, soil health, and sustainable agriculture through milk production, natural manure, and bio-inputs. However, challenges such as abandonment of unproductive cattle, inadequate gaushala infrastructure, rising maintenance costs, and lack of coordinated implementation across states continue to place strain on existing systems. In this context, it is suggested that the Government consider creating a dedicated and clearly defined budgetary allocation at the central level for cow protection and indigenous cattle welfare.

Strategic Suggestion: Union Budget 2026-27 Establish a "National River-Front & Aquifer Restoration Fund" to redevelop water bodies into flood-moderating "Eco-Tourism Hubs" featuring high-grade houseboats. Allocate ₹5,000 Cr for "Bharat OS" and a "Cyber-Security Shield" for MSMEs. Implement a flat 0.05% GST and create the "Bharat Education Fund" supported by 10% of religious institution collections. KVGEA proposes a results-based "PSU Turnaround Grant" and specialized incentives for "Movable Smart Homes" and MICE tourism. Development of small cold-storage by farmers and encourage keeping IPs in India through Reversed Royalty Tax, etc. the uploaded pdf file include the details about the mentioned things and other details to make “Vikshit Bharat 2047” a success. 1. Remove Meal voucher, Leave Travel Allowance etc based deductions from Old Regime and increase the standard deduction instead on both Old and New tax regimes. This is because Govt need to trust that people need to eat and have some leisure time for self to remain physically and mentally healthy. 2. Increase and Include the medical expenses deduction for senior citizens and super senior citizens as most part of their savings and earnings are going towards medical expenses. They are not able to live a quality life without sufficient money left in their hands. 3. Move senior citizens and super senior citizens to different slabs to relax tax burden because as they age the expenses to maintain quality of life increases significantly. An example is to keep a house maid/helper/nurse etc. which easily needs 3 to 5 lacs per annum easily for 1 person. An aged couple may need to keep 2 people for help which comes to 6 to 10 lacs per annum

Sub: Proposal for National Accessible Footpath Object: To reclaim urban footpaths for senior citizens and PwDs by creating a federally-funded, encroachment-free pedestrian network. Key Recommendations: Centralized Funding: Allocate a dedicated "Pedestrian Safety Fund" under Budget 2026-27. Funding should be contingent on cities maintaining 100% encroachment-free zones. Universal Design: Mandate strict adherence to wheelchair-friendly gradients and tactile paving. All footpaths must be leveled for continuous mobility. Third-Party Oversight: To bypass local municipal inertia, implement a Centralized Digital Monitoring System using GIS/AI to report and penalize permanent shop/hawker encroachments. Legal Framework: Introduce a "Right to Walk" regulation that prioritizes pedestrian safety over commercial street usage, ensuring senior citizens can navigate metro cities without hindrance. Impact: Promotes inclusive growth, reduces road accidents, and ensures dignity for the elderly.

Simplification of TDS complaince India needs TDS simplification because the current system prioritizes control over efficiency, and compliance over growth (A) Reduce Sections Merge similar TDS provisions One section per income category (B) Simplify TDS/TCS complaince by reducing TDS sections by combining mutiple TDS sections. There should be only 3-4 TDS sections. 1 TDS on Salary - As per Slab rate 2. TDS on payment to non residents - As per DTAA 3. TDS on all other transactions - interest, dividend, Rent, professional fees and business income - 1% irrespective of nature of transaction. 4. Lower deduction or higher deduction as per current law (C) Threshold Rationalisation For Companies, LLPs and Co-operatives - Higher thresholds to protect MSMEs - Transactions more than Rs. 1 Lakhs and annual transactions more than Rs. 2 Lakhs Individuals making one payment more than Rs. 50 Lakhs
