To reduce long-term import dependence and build strategic self-reliance, focused reforms are required in critical sectors that have high import exposure and strong future demand. The government should prioritize domestic capacity building in the Defence equipment (strategic and national security critical), Medical devices , Semiconductor and chip anufacturing, IoT devices and embedded electronics. These sectors are essential for economic security, healthcare resilience, and technological leadership.Complete deregulation should be implemented for all identified sectors except defence equipment. Defence manufacturing should continue under controlled regulation, with simplified and transparent approval mechanisms. For non-defence sectors: Reduce licensing requirements, compliance procedures ,Enable faster approvals for manufacturing, R&D, and exports Provide corporate tax exemption or significantly reduced tax rates for a minimum of 10 years, Extend exemption duties on capital goods

Namaste ji. Our Bharat Government is taking more Initiatives to the future of our Younger generation especially to protect from Drugs. A new law may be introduced to nationalisation the properties of Drugs smugglers and sellers when the proved guilty. Other than all Drugs, the Alchoholic drinks are also drug. But selling and consumption was officially approved. To increase the revenue for our Central Government, Production,Distribution and Imports of Alchoholic Drinks may be Centralised. Public are not aware and not having the knowledge about the Alchoholic drinks which is sold in Government Shops. So,the Government may take care of people through Various quality checks on ingredients. Even though the people belongs to Various political parties, they are also our Citizens. It is the responsibility of our Central Government Because all the factories are running by state Politicians. The above will add more strength to Honourable PM who is taking more care on all Citizens. Jai hind

IT Exemption limit of ₹25 lakh on Leave Encashment wef 01.04.2023 be made effective from 01.01.2016. CBDT, vide Notification No.31/2023 dated 24.05.2023, enhanced the exemption limit on leave encashment at retirement under section 10(10AA)(ii) from ₹3 lakh to ₹25 lakh w.e.f. 01.04.2023. Certain aggrieved Non-Govt employees who retired after 01.01.2016, but were granted exemption only up to ₹3 lakh, approached the ITAT contending that the revised limit should apply from 01.01.2016, the effective date of the 7th Pay Commission. In 2025, ITAT rightly upheld their plea and directed refund of excess tax paid. However, as per CBDT Circular No.11/2024 dated 01.10.2024, applications for condonation of delay u/s 119(2)(b) are restricted to 5 AYs. Consequently, a large number of retirees post 01.01.2016 are time-barred from seeking relief despite genuine hardship, as neither the retirees nor CBDT were aware of it earlier. The norms need to be relaxed to cover all retirees after 01.01.2016.

Respected F Minister I suggest that skills are taught to students studying in 8th std to 12th std. When summer vacation starts they have to get local skills training’s for how to make money from working. It will be to see how they can take care of themselves and will help for family. They will also learn how they can help.
