To, The Ministry of Finance, Government of India Subject: Suggestions for Union Budget 2026–27 Respected Sir/Madam, I wish to submit two key suggestions to strengthen our banking sector: (1) Universal UPI-ATM Access: Currently, citizens face issues when ATM cards fail due to chip damage or magnetic strip issues. I suggest making UPI-based QR cash withdrawal mandatory across all ATMs. This would ensure access to cash via mobile apps when physical cards fail. (2) Enhancing DICGC Protection: Under the DICGC Act, 1961, deposits are insured up to ₹5 lakh. I propose increasing this limit to protect middle-class savings and reflect current economic needs, and ensuring access to this insurance amount within 90 days in the event of a bank failure to help depositors meet urgent financial needs. These steps will boost public trust and support a digital-first economy.

Union Budget 2026/2027 suggestions A blueprint/ roadmap for Vikshit Bharat 2047,Suggestions: 1 First implement all the schemes announced during previous budgets but not implemented . Also consider schemes suggested by mps during parliament session and parliament panel . 2 Farm reforms a mixture of ms Swaminathan report in consultation with stakeholders of Agriculture 3 Land reforms. 4 Judicial reforms 5. Administration reforms ( police, bureaucrats, Independent institution reforms like ed , cbi , eci etc ). 6 Pension reforms 7. National law and regulating body for eliminating corruption from ground level to national level .7 Independent media reforms Unbiased media necessary for Vikshit Bharat ,World class level newspapers, channels . 8 Healthcare 10 minute service 9. Strong policy for clean air , water , hygienic food , pothole free roads ,clean environment , Drug free India , Healthy India , Policy for screentime . Sanitation education compulsory in curriculum , Japan model needed.

Crypto and Bitcoin will essentially need regulate. Kindly reduce crypto tax.let crypto tax come in normal tax slab. TDS should be lower. Loss off set should be allowed. Support indian to participate in new evolving technology. Make rules in favour for crypto users not only for taxes. Request you to reduce crypto tax.

वर्तमान में महंगाई लगातार बढ़ रही है, जबकि वेतन संरचना कई वर्षों से अपरिवर्तित है। सातवें वेतन आयोग की सिफारिशें अब व्यवहारिक रूप से अपर्याप्त प्रतीत होने लगी हैं। अतः आठवें वेतन आयोग का गठन कर वेतन, भत्तों और सेवा शर्तों की यथार्थवादी पुनर्समीक्षा की जानी चाहिए। इसमें न्यूनतम वेतन को सम्मानजनक जीवन-यापन के अनुरूप तय किया जाए तथा फिटमेंट फैक्टर में उचित वृद्धि की जाए। सरकारी कर्मचारियों के लिए महंगाई भत्ता (DA) को समय पर जारी रखने के साथ-साथ इसे मूल वेतन में आंशिक रूप से समाहित करने पर भी विचार किया जाना चाहिए, जिससे वेतन स्थिरता बनी रहे। इसके अतिरिक्त, HRA, TA, जोखिम भत्ता और फील्ड ड्यूटी भत्ता जैसे भत्तों का पुनर्गठन वर्तमान परिस्थितियों के अनुसार किया जाए, विशेषकर उन कर्मचारियों के लिए जो दूरस्थ, ग्रामीण या जोखिमपूर्ण क्षेत्रों में कार्यरत हैं। स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएँ बजट का महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा होनी चाहिए। CGHS एवं राज्य स्वास्थ्य योजनाओं को सरल, डिजिटल और व्यापक बनाया जाए। कर्मचारियों एवं उनके परिवारों को कैशलेस उपचार, मानसिक स्वास्थ्य काउंसलिंग तथा नियमित स्वास्थ्य जांच की सुविधा

यूनियन बजट में देश की प्रशासनिक रीढ़ माने जाने वाले सरकारी कर्मचारियों के हितों पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जाना चाहिए। बढ़ती महंगाई को देखते हुए आठवें वेतन आयोग के गठन की घोषणा आवश्यक है, ताकि वेतन, भत्तों और सेवा-शर्तों की समयोचित समीक्षा हो सके। महंगाई भत्ता (DA) को समय पर जारी रखने के साथ इसे वेतन संरचना में युक्तिसंगत रूप से समाहित किया जाए। आवास भत्ता, परिवहन भत्ता एवं जोखिम भत्ता को वर्तमान परिस्थितियों के अनुसार पुनरीक्षित किया जाए। स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं, पेंशन सुरक्षा और कार्य-जीवन संतुलन को सुदृढ़ करने से कर्मचारियों का मनोबल बढ़ेगा तथा प्रशासनिक दक्षता में भी वृद्धि होगी।

Honorable finance minister Please consider my opinion about budget. Many farmers need your help in disaster times. In previous years my disaster came to loss the farmers . Nearly 13,000 farmers are susiding every year.. So please give them some financial support every year when they loss or you can encourage banks to give loans to poor farmers. You can spend more persent of money in agriculture not every time only in disaster periods Our first prime minister Jawaharlal Nehru foused manly on agriculture in his first five year plan . I think you know that American government and Chinese government's are spending 18 trillion and 31 trillion respectively but we are just spending 6 lakh crores.................Not trillions but increase to 5% of expenditure. Then give the next priority to home loans and education.

Dear Finance Minister Ji Sub : Enhance budget support for INSPIRE Award state-level winners - 2025-26 budget session In connection with the subject cited above, I am hereby request to consider granting additional financial support to INSPIRE Award awardees who have won at the State Level competitions. because of following reasons 1. Prototype development – converting ideas into working models 2. Expert guidance – support from scientists/IITs/NITs 3. Participation in national & international competitions 4. Travel & accommodation for exhibitions, science fairs, expos 5. Building future scientists, engineers & startups

Introduce 25% tax slab for direct taxation between 24-50 LPA and 30% for 50+ LPA. Also making LTCG TO 10%, STCG to 15% will attract FIIs into stock market and will boom Indian economy

सरकार को बजट में वर्तमान समयानुसार टेक्नोलॉजी और साइंस के क्षेत्र को विकसित एवं सुधार करने के लिए ध्यान देना चाहिए। नई तकनीकी प्रणाली को विकसित करना तथा युवाओं को प्रशिक्षिति करना तथा स्टार्टअप द्वारा नए तकनीकी का विकास, साइंस एवं तकनीक में नवीनीकरण तथा इसका विकास व्यापक रूप से हो। इस पर ध्यान देना होगा। ग्रीन एनर्जी तथा सौर ऊर्जा का व्यापक रूप से प्रसार इसके क्षेत्र को बढ़ावा देना कम्प्यूटर, इंटरनेट, सॉफ्टवेयर, तथा अन्य प्रकार की डिजिटल उपकरणों को विकसित करना होगा। शिक्षा, स्वास्थ,नए उद्योगों के विकास को डिजिटल तकनीक से जोड़ना। जिससे कार्यों को कम समय ज्यादा मात्रा में किया जा सके। एवं देश की जीडीपी में वृद्धि हो सके। तकनीकी प्रणाली में विकास कर के न्याय प्रणाली में तेजी तथा पर्यावरण प्रदूषण को कम करने का कार्य किया जा सकता है। जिससे प्राकृतिक संसाधनों की सुरक्षा इत्यादि हो सके।
