There must be no social difference between the local citizens and the outsiders working here.
The education system must be improved. Teachers should improve their teaching style. Their leaves should be granted only in the case of emergency. The teachers teaching in villages should be checked regularly. Coaching centres for entrance examination should be opened to counsel them for their future.

Smart city is a temporary endeavor having a defined beginning and end normally contained by data but can be by bounding or deliverables.Sebastian Nokes says that a project is undertaken to meet unique goals and objectives usually to bring about beneficial change or added value. The temporary nature of smart city stands in contrast to business as usual and its operations which are repetitive permanent or semi permanent functional work to produce product or services

The statement of lack of skilled manpower in Pasighat. Pasighat are more talented people but due to lack advanced technology and lack chances to show their talent they are migrating to foreign countries and they are making money for their talent

It should have underground cabling be it in power, internet, cable TV ,fib re optic or any other utility cables or wires. Such an under ground cabling is another smart idea or dream for a city as it reduces thefts and pilferage and at the same time improves the aesthetics of the city. Also they are relatively easy to maintain and remain less vulnerable during strong winds and inclement weather.

A smart city a place must have big schools, colleges, universities etc.For that the people should be highly educated qualified and knowledgeable. Schools are to be building in such a way that the children studying there should be highly educated and knowledgeable. And colleges and universities are important for smart city because after completing high schools there should be a place for our graduation in our own place.
