Dear Sir, I am a student offering ishan uday scholarship for the northeastern region of renewal 2019-20 batch. Some of my friends have received their payment while some of us got our payment file rejected and pushed to UGC again. We tried calling pfms but they keep on changing their reply every time we call them. They told us to talk to UGC first. We tried contacting them didn't get a reply. Yesterday pfms told again to contact concern ministry, we try reaching ministry of HRD but can't contact them. Now pfms have changed their reply and told us to contact state nodal offer. I know it's not a correct procedure to raise my complaint, but we don't have any option. Please contact UGC and concern ministry and fix this issue as we really need our money for higher studies.

I feel : 1) People from the humanities and commerce backgrounds should also be made eligible to give exams related to science fields like JEE , NEET, OTHER MSC EXAMS , etc because it is not necessary that people who have initially opted for humanities and commerce are weak in science subjects . They may wish to study both humanities/commerce and science . The typical inferiority associated with non science background students needs to be stopped as early as possible. 2) Starting from Class 1 upto All the educational milestones that girls accomplish , a separate period for self defence for girls MUST be there in all the educational institutions each and every working day of the week and that class MUST be taken seriously by both the teachers and the students
