We need to teach the children first to cultivate the habit of energy saving, if we educate children at this age we can conserve lot of energy in future. Presently we need to make it a mandatory for every house hold to conserve energy. By fixing bench mark energy consumption, the excess consumption to be penalised heavily and any conservation in bench mark consumption is to be encouraged with reduced electrical tariff.

I am replacing all bulbs in our home with CFL/LED. I did the simple calculation CFL/LED of 15W will consume 6.67 times less electricity as compared to 100w bulb, means 6.67 times less electricity bill.We as a family always try to use public transport. We close all energy consuming appliance for an hour once in a month. Every family please start replacing bulbs with LED/CFL. Use public transport whenever possible. Think twice before using a car alone, car should be used for atleast 2-3 persons.

Hot water is prepared by gas only. Geyser usage is to be used in emergency only. Domestic gas cylinder ,14.2 kg can give 600 buckets hot water of 10 lts and if electricity is generated with this gas we can heat 138 buckets. cost also Rs 6 and Rs 1.5 . Saving much for the nation.

Respected PM, Encourage the housewives to prepare food only on Gas stoves. Do not encourage food preparation by electric heater. Electricity may be saved and gas at low cost food is ready.

Respected PM, All air conditioners are required at 26 degree centigrade. Human being can be at comfortable just travelling in Garib Rath train maintaining 26 degree cen Power saving is there and less electric bill.

Respected Pm, The flue gas temperatures at the top of chimney in India is at 230 degree centigrade nest to Japan at 160 deg centigrade. Tata Steel the world best after Japan is also doing to extract the flue gas heat on par with Japan. Other power generating and other industries have use the flue gas temperatures to lower levels.Country economy improves.by conserving exhaust heat from flue gases.

Respected PM, Save energy means, it can be electricity, oil gas etc. For two wheelers instead of applying brake and stop the engine, one can come to neutral 5 t0 10 mts early and with the mechanical energy you can reach your required point without some drops of oil.
