Respected Sir, My idea is for having compulsory provision of rain water harvesting by creating huge tanks and allied infrastructure for flats, apartments, townships and specially industries where water is required in huge quantity. A mandatory provision along with some incentive if required, will not only help in raising the ground water level but will also save huge government spending and will help in accomplish the dream of water for all by 2021. Point number 11. Employment for regional people; Sir, TCS not only makes employees work beyond their physical and mental capacity but also hire employees on low salaries on Future Payroll. Example: Pune based TCS Bhosari Non Stp branch, some associate salaries are as low as Rs.7000 to 12000. Most of them are hired from Karnataka (60 - 80%) And these jobs that Pune regional population should get, are actually given to population of Karnataka. This is Monopoly and injustice to Pune citizens.

Hon PM Sir, Could you please look into whether this is our original national anthem. I request you to get it implemented with same originality at all places & events. My gut feeling is this national anthem sounds more patriotic & represent us in true sense by bringing self identity to us. Requesting you to please listen to it at-least once. I hope after singing this a lot of positivity, with patriotic feeling, and emotions to get attached to country will automatically come in us.

Respected Sir, Please introduce Slab Rate System on Power Consumption for both Commercial and Residential Units. The purpose is not only to reduce power consumption but also to utilize the power properly and effectively. This will results many corporate companies and commercial companies to reduce working time of the people (employees) from morning to late evening hours. To my knowledge, Inverter or Diesel is not economical for any companies to run the show on a long term basis. Thank you

Point number 10. Employee Working Hours (continued); Sir, International Average working hours are 9 hours into 5 days including 1 hour break, means 45 hours per week. But, TCS has two working hours. Tcs International process in Hinjewadi, has 10 hours into 5 days with 1 hour break. Means 50 hours per week. And domestic process like Bhosari Non Stp has 9 hours into 6 days a week except for HR and senior managers. Means 54 hours per week. Sir, Life is too short to live for family. Please help.
