Sir, We are highly pleased to know that a policy decision is being taken by the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India, that the Family Counselling Centres(FCC) are to be kept operational with budgetary support from One Stop Centre(OSC) scheme from the year 2023-2024 and onward. In this context we would like to request you to please consider the following points sympathetically; 1. That the qualification of the family counseling Centre is either MSW or M.A. in Psychology. The Honorarium/remuneration for the other programme, where the counselor are receiving Rs. 25000/- to Rs.35000/- per month but the FCC counselor`s remuneration is Rs.10000/- per month. It should be considered accordingly. 2. The other staff of the FCC and other programme cost for the FCC may kindly be enhanced considering the present market prices.

Respected Sir/Madam, sir with due respect i want to tell you please increase ESIC salary limit 21000 to 30000 it is very helpful for poor persons they are very helpless feel without ESIC facility. They are not capable to purchase any health insurance because their income is very less and Mahagayi is very high in such a situation, where did the poor people get their treatment and the treatment is very expensive, which the poor people cannot afford, your ESIC facility helps a lot. this is only source off treatment. Sir please try to understand poor peoples health problems do the needful action for this topic.

We are blessed to have a leader like you!! Sir, my concern is towards reservation quota. I don't know if I am right or wrong to raise this concern! But as a citizen of India I am expressing this concern infront of you. When our constitution was formed we were facing touchism issues at that time. So DR. Ambedkar raised concerned for SC and ST so that they would be trated equally. But now, India being a socialist, secular and democratic Country why we are still following reservations?? Reservation quota for OBC, SC, ST. I think there should be no reservation quota now and it should be removed so that every citizen of INDIA should be equally. In every government job vaccancy and exam there is a relaxtion of age and marks as per the quota which is building immense pressure on students. Regards.
