Soap Bar for Sensitive Skin Hypersensitive skin types and allergy sufferers often think that just because  with natural products I love bare coconut unscented soap because it's the ideal solution for those with sensitive skin, as well as being suitable to be used during pregnancy.  Thanks to its foamy lather this soap bar is very versatile and can be used as a shaving soap, as well as a gentle facial soap

Exfoliating Soap Bar When it comes to exfoliation, there are some ingredients that are naturally good at is. So if you are looking for a good way of getting a good scrub without any nasties, plastic or added products, you should look for soaps with coffee grounds, oatmeal, or seeds.

Vinegar Rinse If there is a natural home remedy to a vast number of issue, nothing really beats apple acid vinegar.  It works well on hair that looks dull, brittle, or frizzy, as these hair types tend to be more alkaline or higher on the pH scale. Vinegar rinses help lower pH and bring hair health back into a healthy balance. Due to its anti-inflammatory properties, it has been shown to help reduce dandruff and hydrate dry hair types

Shampoo Bar with No Transition Phase If you have tried a shampoo bar, you may now that it takes some time to get through a transition phase, or the time needed for your hair to get used to the natural ingredients of the bar. They also work best together with a vinegar rinse. However, if you don’t have time or patience to go through a transition and you are looking for a shampoo bar that works straight away but still parabens and sulfactants free, these 2-in 1 shampoos are the perfect fit - and they are also suitable for coloured hair.

Shampoo Bar for Normal Hair Did you know that washing your hair every day can actually damage it?  Extending the number of days between washes can actually rebalance the natural PH of your hair, rebalance the natural its normal sebum secretion and in the end, make your hair look healthier, shinier and cleaner for longer. Even if you have normal type hair, choosing the best shampoo for your normal hair is very important, especially if you are following a curly girl method or if you have very fine hair.

Shampoo Bars for Dry Hair Dry or damaged hair can be a real curse. Frizzy hair, locks that look dull or without volume, split ends.. It is so important to nurture and hydrate our hair no matter what, but even more so for those who naturally suffer from dry hair. So what is the best shampoo for dry or damaged hair? Again making sure that a product is not too aggressive while stripping the scalp of its natural essential oils, as well as using a conditioner for dry hair can make a big difference.

Shampoo Bar for Greasy Hair Oily hair is caused by more than one reason: stress, hormones, pollution, natural predisposition, specific medical history, medication etc. So what’s the best way to wash oily hair? In my experience, with delicate, non aggressive natural shampoos with sebum controlling ingredients such as lavender and aloe vera among others

Natural Vegan Soap Is there an easier swap to stop using single use plastic than switching to solid soap bars? Solid soaps respect our natural skin's PH balance: human skin is naturally coated with a layer of good bacteria that keeps it healthy, but harsh soaps and body washes can strip it of its natural balance. Switching to products made with natural ingredients is not only better for the planet, but for our wellness too!

Natural Deodorant Creams Natural deodorants come in different shapes or forms, and one I really like is deodorant creams. They are very soft (or can be softened in the palm of your hand before applying) so there is no risk of abrasion to the skin when applying them. They usually come in metal tins that are fully recyclable and even reusable. Some companies even accept tins to be returned in exchange for a discount.

Vegan Deodorant Sticks  Did you know you can find plastic-free deodorant sticks that look exactly like your store bought deodorants, but without a trace of single use plastic, which is super cool if you ask me. And you can even find them vegan friendly. They come in 100% recyclable and biodegradable paperboard push-up tubes!
