Jai Hind Sir! Tried to share so many Ideas with you, but I never got any reply from you or any call from you. Working to remove Exam Phobia for 10Th and 12Th Board Exam Students by implementing Positive Autosuggestion to turn weaker subjects into a stronger/interesting subject and Visualization (Mental Picturization Technique) to remove Exam Phobia, so that those Students can participate in Pariksha Pe Charcha, 2025 Program. Thanks! Pradeep Mandal, Free Lancer Life Skills Consultant. M: 9764354893

Body Loofah Sponge Mother Nature is truly incredible! It offers so many amazing solutions to everyday needs, all without the need for polluting or filling our world with untreatable waste and plastic. If you are a fan of a good body scrub or looking for a natural shower sponge, then you’ll love a natural loofah! Loofahs or luffas are white sponges that are truly incredible and they are a great natural, vegan and green alternative to plastic sponges.

The maternity industry is completely filled with single-use, disposable, plastic items, but as a mum of two myself, I personally realised that most of these things can be substituted with an eco-friendly, reusable and last longing option. Breastfeeding pads are a disposable product that can be swapped to much better reusable alternatives, such as reusable nursing pads made of cotton.

Reusable Kitchen Towels Reusable Kitchen Towels are an eco-replacement for disposable kitchen towel: swapping to washable cloth towels to wipe your kitchen counter or clean any food spillage from the floor it as zero-waste as it gets. They can also be used as reusable baby wipes, to spice up any tableware by using muslin cloths as reusable napkins or even simply as reusable tissues.

Wooden Toothbrush If millions of us just made a sustainable change today, the impact on the environment would be huge. One easy way to start?  Choosing a toothbrush made with a compostable, fully biodegradable material. Bamboo is not the only sustainable material we can use for making our dental routine more sustainable. These ones by Georganics are made with certified organic German Beechwood and are compostable at the end of life.

Cotton Makeup Pads A big mantra for us is to also say no to "single-use" anything, not just plastic.  Take cotton for example. It takes a lot of water to grow it, and even though it can be a great substitute for plastic, the real benefit of this material comes from the fact that it can be used for a very long time, even for generations.  The benefit of washable makeup pads is that they are not only incredibly long-lasting but also particularly suitable for sensitive skin types.

When it comes to silicone menstrual cups, it is very important to choose the right size for you. Some women struggle with discomfort when using them, this is usually caused by the cups being wrongly inserted. It is also very important to remove them in the correct way to avoid any kind of pelvic issues. I have written an extensive blog post on how to safely and effectively use menstrual cups to try and answer all concerns related to period cups.

Reusable Panty Liners If you have a very light flow and just need some extra protection, reusable panty liners are a great eco-solution. My favourite are made with an outer waterproof PUL material, which is not only very resistant and makes them a lot more resistant to frequent washing, but it is also very effective in preventing leakage.

Reusable Sanitary Pads Period pollution is, together with baby nappies, a senseless one in my opinion.  A reusable sanitary pad uses a much softer and safer material - cotton and bamboo fibre -which is not only better for health, but also very absorbent. And with the massive added value of not contributing to constant plastic pollution produced by their mass produced counterparts.
