हर साल बारिश अच्छी आती है आऊर पाणी नदी मे से बहाकर समुंदर मे जाता है.बाद में दो तीन महिनेके बाद गाव मे पाणी की शोर्तेज हो जाती है.अगर ये बहणे वाला पाणी गाव की जितनी हर साल की जरुरत है उत्ना पाणी गाव मे ही स्टोरेज कर के रखा तो पाणी की जरुरत पुरी हो जाएगी. एसलिये हर गाव मे एक पोंड (Big Water storage Plant or say Water Bank) शुरू किया गया तो पाणी की मुबलकता आ जायेगी. Decentralisation of Industries : Desh के हर एक राज्य में उस राज्य के रोजगार की आवश्यकता देखकर उदी राज्य मे इंडस्ट्री सुरू होनी चाहिए. ऐसा करणेसे अपना परिवार छोडके दुसरे राज्य मे लोगोंको जना नाही पडेगा

Sir, How can we use & engage our idle/ unemployment/ less educated large number of youths in undertaking cleaning of roads & streets , collecting waste/ kachra, managing waste to effectively utilize their latent inner strength & make them stand over their feet . For this we need to convert our Safai/ cleaning work into a more honorable & respectable job . We ned to provide them proper training , improve their mental strength that any work is worship. Also we need to provide this team with modern equipment, good dresses, gloves & better cleaning gadgets & materials. I am sure if this is considered, this country would give a better look, look neat & clean & improve environment enhancing the work status of our safai Karmchari/ cleaning staff. There could be allotted a specified area to each team of a few workers under one supervisor. .
