हर गॉंव को कुछ साल के लिए अपने सीमाना के भीतर सिमट जाना चाहिए। हर कोई अपने गॉंव में सिमटा रहे। अपने उपभोग का उत्पादन खुद करें। अपने गॉंव के बाहर का न कुछ उपयोग करें और न ही अपने गॉंव का कुछ भी बाहर वाले किसी को दें। हम अपने गॉंव के लिए पानी का अपना श्रोत विकसित करें। अपना अनाज गॉंव की सीमा में ही उपजायें। बाक़ी की ज़रूरतों के लिए भी गॉंव के स्थानीय प्रतिभाओं को ही विकसित करें। ऐसा करके हम खुदमुख्तार हो जायेंगे। असली ग्राम स्वराज बुलंद होगा। इस अभ्यास में भी यदि सरवाइव कर गये तो साहब फिर न तो हमें अमेरिका डर सकता है और न चीन ही चूँ करेगा।

OUR FISHERMAN FRIENDS ARE HUMAN DOLPHINS WHO CAN MASTER THESE SPORTS AND WIN GLORY AND MEDALS FOR INDIA AT THE WORLD LEVEL.
