This task requires you to identify 10 most important initiatives that centre and state governments should take to realise the PM’s vision of digital India.

There has been a flood of suggestions in response to the Prime Minister’s vision for a digital India. It is important to prioritize the ideas and come up with a practical roadmap of what can be taken up first with maximum benefit to the nation. This task will help in drawing such a roadmap.

- A common Resident ID card for each and every indian citizen must be provided in order to keep the entire information about the citizen. -Efforts can be worked out and will be best if Resident ID, Voter ID, Passport ID , Driving License ID, PAN ID etc all should be same - Should be made mandatory for any major transaction e.g. medical, education, travel, investments, income tax etc. - If smart card than just a simple swipe will work -Must contain the biomatric identification of citizen

Let Experts or young students who are trained in Electronics make a Start up on the same. Govt must act as Angel investor till it grows to 50 Lakh in Business. They also must come up with innovative products for solving the local problem being faced by common man in india.

Govt must start a Open Source project by taking Students from Engineering colleges as Summer interns to work for a platform developing a Ideal E-Governance Infrastructure. Also a New Start up on Electronics there by training Skills of talent pool. Every Educational institution must compulsorily fund upto 10 lakh for a Entrepreneur cell on Information Technology,Electronics and Allied fields.

1. Formation of e-inclusion. 2. increase services through mobile technology. 3. Enhancing ICT skills. 4. Use of ICT in Export and import services. 5. Use of social media networking as a tool for good purpose. 6.increase use of e-transactions services through mobile phones. 7. I restructured banking system to make India fully digital and it will usher in 100% e-governance.Taxation, tax collections, tax enforcement, tax compliance, registration departments, pass port offices, land registration departments, vehicle registration departments, share transactions, Public distribution system, census department, revenue department can be unified and integrated in this new restructured banking system. Government is taking actions against many other problems to improve India like girl child, road and buildings, education and many others but even in this corruption is playing at its best at one or other level. To support all other ideas and actions and for their best results, this initiative should be given the highest priority. The following steps in the attached file can be taken in order to make a practical roadmap.
