This task requires you to identify 10 most important initiatives that centre and state governments should take to realise the PM’s vision of digital India.

There has been a flood of suggestions in response to the Prime Minister’s vision for a digital India. It is important to prioritize the ideas and come up with a practical roadmap of what can be taken up first with maximum benefit to the nation. This task will help in drawing such a roadmap.

3.Nano technology is used by women with disabilities for the archival of records ,books ,palm leaves by cbr network.This paper free technology is a great idea for preservation of records in digital form using golden DVD and waferfiche technology in which we can preserve any document including palm leaves for more 1000 years

1.We need to introduce M-Shikshak projects to enhance the quality of learning by developing inclusive accessible technology which can be used by all learners including specially abled persons..We need to give options to access education using virtual classrooms

1.We need Saksham Bharath software for digital planning model MP , MLA ,ZP constituency with baseline development data for each district,bench marks,quarterly reports from MPs and MLAs to share with public the inclusive development in their respective constituency.At present there is no single window dynamic software district level planning software which takes the census 2011 data,Schools,colleges,universities,skills training NGOs,industries which can be used in developing inclusive plans.

We need to create one stop shop possibly for every ward wherein citizens can get or submit any information about services, programmes or any initiative taken by every voting sphere of government.

1.AADHAR Linking all Government services to a single card. 2.Online Bank account for all. 3.Basic computer knowledge to all Indians. Under this program each citizen can teach at least one person basic computer skills. 4.Public Government wifi system Citizens will have to use AADHAR ID Number to get wifi access and usage will be limited to all citizens. 5.Online consumer grievance forum. 6.Online learning platform. 7.Online application for various certificate and service. 8.RTI Online.
