My idea is to that government can provide Digital Kiosk that are audio enabled so that all can browse and put their complain and suggestion. This can be installed at ATMs or at Chaupals in villages. Anyone with a PAN or AADHAR card can give his/her suggestions or complaints. This will wither be typed or audio/video recorded through inbuilt camera. This sytsem will instill direct participation from grass root India. It will also have direct feedback on the development of each area and sections.
