This task requires you to identify 10 most important initiatives that centre and state governments should take to realise the PM’s vision of digital India.

There has been a flood of suggestions in response to the Prime Minister’s vision for a digital India. It is important to prioritize the ideas and come up with a practical roadmap of what can be taken up first with maximum benefit to the nation. This task will help in drawing such a roadmap.

Crowd sourcing for Traffic Rules: By providing a electronic challan platform and let citizens submit traffic violation proofs by pictures clicked from smart phones. Also keep the submitters anonymous, similar to Facebook Confession pages.

9th the best is to make several reforms and UID for unique identification of each citizen. 10 th and the last one is to bring in a team for forming specialized applications and software with minimal risks of being hacked

6th imply e learning at every government school and try to make it compulsory at private institutes also. 7th a campaign over the reduced risk should be executed. 8th and i think the most important one is forming a specialised hacking team to close all back doors for every connection door. For transforming India to a digital world. Firstly all the government resources and office works should be available at the door steps. Or should be completed online. Secondly the direct money transactions should be cancelled so as that will help increased taxation and reduce black money. Every transaction should be made directly online. 3rd high speed connectivity to each part of India. 4th free wifi connection to urban cities.5th remote monitoring stations in each district. (Seeks employment).

Digital India.As per new reforms in current system going digital, a step forward should be taken now. Centralized well secure System should be introduced where RTI, Adhaar, Income Tax, LIC n various get merge in a main frame, just as other small rivers meet into ganga, same like this...other than on the roadmap of Digital India, most important, a proper roadmap of using these Digitalizations, education to meet the Desired Surajya are required.

As a First step towards the Digital India, we should use the limited electricity as it requires for the necessity. As per the public convenience the Street Lights we should use only with in 12 Hours window. Also we should educate the people who are responsible to take care of Street Lights (On/Off) to follow this rules. We can see many times the lights will be on through out the day,bcoz of this lot more energy we will be losing especially in Cities. If we controls this we can save lot of energy

My suggestion is that if all Rashan Cards are made as smart cards like smart cards in CSD- I think we can stop much much corruption by these rashan depots-these rashan depots walas sell all those things to shopkeepers who dont take full rashan-And if Smart Rashan cards are attached to bank card then banks will automatically reach the poor people-all rashan willbe given on smart card and payment will be from bank card-this way there will be check how much an individual has taken rashan

Centralized Data Systems A Unique system to maintain complete information about citizens. Information like Education, Employment, Medical, Finance etc are stored in this system. This information is used for validating information for higher education, Employment ,Taxation's etc . Organizations can validate citizen information while providing Cards, Loans etc. Government can get complete information about citizens, organizations etc and can take necessary decisions .

Like ration card each family should have digital family book with facilities like 1) family members list 2) medical record of each person 3) education (linked with respective school or college )4) land records 5) subsidies received from govt.6) govt departments I'd card details 6) bank details 7) tax department details ( income tax,wealth tax,service tax, and other state taxes). All these items should be connected to respective dept. This will be helpful for both public and govt.
