There must be single unique bio-metric identity for every citizen of india. Migrants, visitors should be given time bound bio-metric IDs at the time of issuing visa Every operation(purchase, selling, voting etc...) by an individual should be through the bio-metric ID. No physical currency... only virtual through bio-metric ID Every one in india should have access to net and free of cost (service charges can be earned from adds). All govt.services must be through web only.

Railway image has been inevitably damaged by quality of food delivered via pantry cars. Moreover food available through them is age long monotonous. www.raildarbar.com connects railway passenger with popular restaurants (having food safety license), thus customer can enjoy food as per their likes on their journey. Jain food and special diet as prescribed to passenger with health issue made possible. Eureka!!!

My suggestions :- 01) To provide digital maps mandatory for every municipal corporation & citizens of india. Every municipal corporation / development authorities take hell lot of time to approve maps submitted by citizens, which is because of corruption, make digital signatures compulsory for all govt. officers, this will increase accountability for all departments, secondly govt, should implement SSN type if identity like we have in the United States, in India, so that everybody be tracked

1. Voting System: It would be great if we create an online voting system. It would not only save time but the number of voters will also be more, like the citizens who are studying/ working in different parts of India/ out of India will also be able to cast their votes. Because there is hardly any citizen who takes leave from their offices or colleges to go to their native places & cast their vote. We can follow these steps: a) There will be opening & closing dates for citizens who want to cast

First of All Govt Records, Documents, Files and Communications to be Digital. All Communication INCOMING and OUTGOING to be registered using a centralised webbased application with SAP/DBMS. Records can be for Public view, Sections View or Restricted View. The RTI Act passed to make transparency and stated that catalouge of all information. However, till date No finance Ministry allocated fund for these DIGITILISATION of Offices. What ever was happend big LCD Screen Computers in Heads Offices as show peace the Clerk or Data Entry Operator uses the system get old CPU. The LAN Network is not used . First make all Govt office Linked and DIGITISE. All Documents must be scanned and PDF to avoid STORING and ARCHIVE cost. If this can be started today 2014 by 2020 we will have zero file and amount of tree saved ?

For defence: 1. we must and may be we are spending a lot to improve our defence technology. 2. we could have pulse/sound wave as mode of technology to combat our enemies. 3. concentration of sound waves could prove be worth. It could travel a good distance and can be used in air , water and land to combat the enemy defence. 3. use of sound wave/magentive wave through satelite to halt any missile before it touches the land . This technology would help our econimy in case we sell it.

The new trend in power generation is solar thermal power Plant. We can achieve “supercritical” steam system by concentrating solar rays, which means we can generate 1000 to 3K MW of power in one plant. for whole India we need 200 such plant we can save lots of money used for import gas and coal, nuclear fuel. India is a hot country we can get free power all around the year as it is sunny southern part when winter in North.Tech available to store heat in molten salt to generate power at night.
