Here are the 10 initiatives through which we can create a practical road map for digital India. This 10 points will help us to innovate and help us to create strategy.

3 initiatives that can be taken towards making country eConnected

In below attached PDF I mentioned just a few initiatives , although they are old fashioned but still possess a high priority.

1.ALL VILLAGES SHOULD CONNECT WITH FASTER BROADBAND SERVICES. 2.BSNL SHOULD PROVIDE COMPITETIVE SCHEMES LIKE PRIVATE. 3.ALL VILLAGES AND TOWNS,CITIES SHOULD EQUIPED WITH FREE WIFI AND GOVERNMENT SHOULD TAKE WIFI TAX. 4.WATER ATMS SHOULD INSTALLED. 5.TEACH DIGITAL THINGS IN VILLAGES. 6.ENCOURAGE USE OF SMART PHONES. 7.GPS SHOULD USE WHEREVER NECESSARY. 8.DIGITALISATION SHOULD USE TO AVOID CORRUPTION. 9.SENSORS SHOULD BE USED.

A Biometric ID which will cover up all the loop holes in PAN card and help Indian Financial System to capture all black money laying in fake bank accounts within the country. As I am a bank employee in my career I have realized how people use various bank accounts for black money. I have mentioned all thing which need to be done in my plan.If this gets implemented it will eradicate corruption right from lower up to the upper level. Smart ticketing system will increase railway revenue and security as well.

Railway platforms must be enabled with smart ticketing system. It can be same as ticket system of metro rail. So people will be forced to take tickets to board train. These tickets can have bar code...and if any platform is not a digital platform then this smart ticket would be seen as traditional ticket only. and slowly convert every platform as digital platform

There are so many pending cases in courts...I think if we allow to record statements online/offline using mobile app, web site that would help to take cases at faster pace. There may be Unique id for witness of the case and witness can login using id and record his/her statements. Its good for their security as well. Lawyers also can help to those who don't have smartphone or internet. Just an idea...can be improved in many other ways further....
