Now a days there are a lot of ID proofs & address proofs are there which creats problem in getting any kind of service. I think there should be a digital database of each person irrespective of age and sex. It could be done by linking all the documents/ informations with UID and make the database available for every institution so that it could varify the idendity of the person by his finger print.

An e-Complaint box system can be set up so that it would be easy for individuals especially Indian netizens to communicate the problems that they observe/experience every day in public amenities etc. to the government online and these complaints which would be submitted via this e-Complaint system would be filtered and sent to the respective department for improvement in its field.

Use cameras to track the people who violate traffic rules. In developed countries like USA and others, there are traffic cameras. These cameras automatically click pictures of cars violating traffic rules (like over-speeding, jumping red light, not wearing seat belt, etc.) and the next day they receive chalan at their home via post. This system should be introduced in India, at least in the metropolitan cities like New Delhi, cities falling in NCR, Mumbai, Chennai, Calcutta etc.
