We are witnessed for a long period that Education, Health and Agriculture are the key factor for development so I opine that Government should invest in Education, Health and Agriculture sector. During my service in Air Force School, Bareilly I found that these school are basically run by government but managed by society of concerned department as purely private so that the officer can charge high fee from parents and can appoint their officer's wife which deprive someone's service right.

In Our Nation, people cultivate in fractions of their land holdings. Imagine if all the fractions in the entire farm land is made into one and that the cultivation is done in one big mass. this can cut the cost that is invested by each farmers. To make this possible in such a conservative nation like ours, we can employ our highly surplus MBA graduates in HR to manage the "Ruralites" by recognising there skills and putting them to the best use. One farmer alone will have to spend more otherwise.

Simplifying rules related to starting a business will be a good start. Everything is so complex in India as our government has always thought the best way to rule is to make people follow complex rules that are daunting. If you want speed, remove hurdles.

translating engineering material in hindi and other language will help Indian people to be families with technology so that innovation can not be stopped due to language and stooped education due to poverty of opportunity.
