Talent-incubation should be made compulsory in all Govt. and Private Industries [medium to big enterprises]. During this period which can be from 6 mnths to 1 year, fresh graduates in concerned fields get d opportunity to be exposed to the work-culture of d established companies and be inspired to start something on their own. SORT OF A HAND-HOLDING MEASURE. Best performed companies/industry houses should be rewarded by tax incentives/recognition thru advertisement etc.

Improving employment can be done with implementing perfect planning measures. But it's result will be tasteful if and only if it's farming is done in perfect manner. Our country spends billions of DOLLARS on individuals pursuing professional courses. It's result? They are opting for administrative jobs. What about the investment? VEIN. so we have to take perfect steps that an engineer does engineering work, a doctor treatment, etc,. So they could do justice to their profession.quality also rises

EDUCATION is also a sector .....here No of Private Engineering & medical colleges universities exists. Now they put own as a profit making institute and no accountability. To make sure is it working according to LAWS, RULES and not doing fraud with a common man. We should bring all under RTI so placed a RTI officer (GOVT.) and extend this upto Hospitals etc (Bez these give treatment for B diseases instead of A diseases) and Private companies (IT SECTOR).

Those Companies those are in a profit making (Govt.PSU or in Private )and giving Govt.Dividend their employees and management must be honoured by way "Points" which can be redempt, this redemption will indirectly create demand in market, more demand in market, more jobs creation directly.Redemption of Points will be similar to those given by Credit Card Banks. More expenses on Card, more points to redempt free, hence it create demand without much efforts. More demand automatically create jobs.

Present Tax System In India Is Genuinely Bogus.! It is Only Promoting Corrupt Practices In Public And Government Employees, Encouraging Bribery And Non-Accounted Business. A Simple And 1 Point Tax System Can Encourage Complete Transparency And All Of Our GDP Will Come On Account. And Also The Government Should Withdraw High Denomination Currency From The Market, Which Will Make Rupee A Very Scarce Commodity In The Market And That Will Bring Down Inflation, And Appreciate Its Value.

I would suggest the government to utilize the unemployed graduates' for rural empowerment in India. We can set up a village development commission in the central and initiate branches and sub branches in each state and village which has representatives from the government (state or central) who report to the commission directly. This mission will take care of two things, one is the reduction in unemployment rate and the other one is rural development. PMO should be directly involved in this.
