Agriculture is at forefront of India's progress. Every year lot of students from diploma in Agriculture to MBA in Agribusiness Management & PhDs are churned out from many institutions, which if absorbed properly from academics to entrepreneurs or even as consultants for various projects being planned/run for agri development, can lead to a fruitful result for the nation as well as individual growth.

Education in all the institutions need to be made more vocation-oriented so that the individuals who pass out are either ready as an entrepreneur or easily absorbed by some organization. Focus should be on providing/enhancing skills that can make a person feel confident about himself. Too much bias towards engineering and medical has created lot of imbalance. Opportunities in other field to be highlighted to break traditional mindset.

Allow grants/subsidies for small to medium businesses rather than high corporate houses, 100 small businesses will do better job than 1 or 2 corporate houses, because corporate houses may create jobs but they come up with package limitations

Sir I am an engineer and after my studies started a manufacturing unit for agricultural implements.first the electicity pricing in haryana for industrial units is 11 rs (must be the highest ) and still we face sevral cuts during the day . A small unit like mine need support from banks but the interest rate and policies of banks are not friendly . It has become difficult to find unskilled labour due to MNERGA ppl Dnt want to work as they are getting easy and free money

Our country has a huge potential to utilise solar energy. We should mandatory install solar panel also on street lights (not only in cities but also in small villages too) , city malls, advertising panels, industrial areas ( norm should be made for big industrial sector to produce their own energy at least by 30%-40% & if they can generate more they get tax benefit or some social recognition from the govt. Also, it should be mandatory that the solar panel used are manufactured in India ONLY.

In setting up manufacturing units, urge the industry to first provide training to local youth / people for doing skilled / semi-skilled jobs, thereafter recruit them in the units itself for those jobs, and subsequently formalize the training through skill test at an apex level. The guiding principle should be : catch them young, train them with the skill sets, which are required, add them to the skill repository of India.
