Our markets are flooded with Chinese thousands of small home & kitchen appliances(from spoon to table mats), office stationary(pens, paper clips, staplers etc) & toys. No state of the art machines or highly skilled labour needed to make these items. In every district there should be a plant for these day to day items. And labours can be trained in very short time. It can create huge job opportunities for women & the left out classes.

Our country has almost of thousand of closed industries with land unlocked of about thousands of acres, so I urge our industry minister to try to reopen those industries by either through PPP mode or through direct employment of efficient managers so that thousands of people can get jobs without much land acquisition and process could be made by slightly change in industrial laws/policies which will also private sectors to actively participate and help India to become a manufacturing hub.

create a website that focuses on all running projects in terms of construction, agriculture, and industries. the job roles or requirements may be infinite. at the same time the website should've all the skilled labor through out india registered on the website. this would give the option to skilled labor in respective regions to directly get assigned or called for work. the job nature could be contractual as well as long term for longer projects. this would help streamline man power thoroughly

agriculture.....our country is primarily a agro based country but there is a very steep decline right now in agri field mainly cos the farmer who does agriculture is poverty bound cos he does all the work and sells hte yield for a meagre price to the merchants.here merchants and agents get the profit without toiling hard and hence farmers and farm workers are bound to poverty and none of the farm workers now a days does like to work in the farms,so government should fix a better price for crops
