Collective Farming for better yield and high growth. Government can lease a plot of land to the its citizen and he is responsible for growing food, fruits, vegetables in the given plot of land, Modern and eco- friendly technique can be applied for farming. If do really want to Create Jobs, we should encourage Self Employment and Enterprising or we can say we should help employers to grow which in turn will create employment. People from rural India should be made aware of EDP programs of Govt., Funding schemes for Women Entrepreneurs rather than by telling them the Grants like MNREGA or such lollypops. Beside that Training institutions should be encouraged to launch trainings as per the Skill Gaps rather than the trend (like as computer course)

Government should help entrepreneurs for start-ups in agriculture/ manufacturing/ services/ energy etc sectors. India is lagging in these fields compare to developed countries. Govt should make policy so that start-up will be implemented & it'll help in both job creation as well as development of society/country. In states of BIHAR & UP, farmers have small field sizes at various locations, so govt should merge it into 1 location bigger size field, so that productivity, quality & efficiency boom.

3 level inclusion of University, Research Institutes and Industries. Policy is required to agree upon mutual funding by government & industries to research/ technical institutes or Universities, thus, creating more jobs in research leading to talented work force further resulting in faster & quality based industrial expansion.

1) reduce defense imports, small arms and artillery, focus on indigenous weapon making, 2) don't focus only on IT, mechanical engineers if trained and guided can produced most the defense equipment, will save foreign exchange. employ youth. this step will reduce unemployment by substantial percent of 10-15 percent. it is an insult to youth of India if Indian defense is buying ammunition from outside, not trusting made in India. manufac. on sector, R&D PoC, Pilot, manufacture.PLS GIVE CHANCE.

Major points for Policy to job creation in agriculture sector – 1.Setup spoke & hub system to analyse soil condition & suggest crop. 2.Suggestion on crop rotation pattern to reduce cost of fertilizers & pesticides. 3.Involve agriculture colleges to develop new methods and seeds instead of GM crop. 4.Involve private warehouses in storage and processing of food grains. 5.Facility to rent farm equipment to small farmers who cannot afford to buy them. Major points for Policy to Job creation in industrial sector – 1.Instead of exporting raw material & ores, should encourage industries to process them and export semi-finished/finished goods. 2.MNC’s should be asked to source components/inputs locally. 3.Identify highest imported item and encourage to produced them locally. 4.Big firms should be asked to spend some of CSR money in training to unskilled laborers. 5.Involve engineering/management colleges in process/product development/improvement
