1-Needs to improve our education system. Govt should provide education like Engg,Management,Medical,etc so that a person can get job in private sector or self employment.Govt should upgrade all degree college in technical colleges and all govt hospitals in medical college or training center. 2-Employment Exchange must register unemployed person having same qualification/skill in group or society and give them govt. contract (rather than private contractor)with loan, training,direction.
