Most of the Govt.sector activities suffer for the lack of coordination among diff. wings. Economy is a simple puzzle of balancing different acts and demand-supply gap minimization is the answer to most problems we all come across. For an effective & efficient employment opportunity & growth mechanism, education system must maneuver to churn out candidates in line with Govt./industry visions & action-plans. Sectors Govt. wishes to boost after 5-6 years colleges must provide such talent then ,

In India, many industries need labor class employees. Such employees are hardly earning enough to run their families and changing their jobs frequently (in few months). Also not willing to deduct PF from their salary. It is really difficult for industry to maintain their PF accounts and tackle PF department. Also such employees are uneducated, it is really painful for them to withdraw PF when they really need it. So there should be some easy policy for PF and it should not be mandatory.

We should create a policy framework wherein women work force be able to work from home and contribute. There are several instances where educated ladies either do not take up the job or have to leave their job midway due to family issues, bringing up of the children etc. However,if we can create a policy so that their skills are harnessed by working from home,it will be a win-win situation. It will generate employment in an unprecedented scale and contribute to country's GDP and women upliftment.

The best way to create jobs in India is to concentrate on "Part-time Jobs" in India. I've done research on the demand of temporary staffing demand in India from the publications from Indian Staffing Federation (ISF) and World Bank report 2013. As Government cannot instantly increase the job openings for the citizens it would be great if government could hire them on Part-time basis. Promoting a portal exclusively for part-time jobs and create labour laws would help government create job creation

Replacing pots with water-wheels to carry water over long-distances (in villages) would save plenty of time for productive-activities (agriculture, services, industries, education), save water-loss & prevent physical-strain

we need good student power for agriculture sector.there are need to improve some educational quality in agr. and manufacturing sector and one more important thing is to improve the quality of good infrastructure, because infrastructure is a only thing to improve the gdp and when increasing the gdp then there are positive effect on increasing the indian economy.
