There are various reasons for farmer's suicide. The Indian government, should make farmers aware of modern farming technique as well as promote alternative occupations to agriculture. For example, in foreign countries, farming of a variety of species of snakes, birds, deer, dolphins etc. is legal and promoted. But in India, it is banned, but import of such animals is allowed, which is used as a trick by rich families, devaluing Indian Rupee. Kindly see the attached pdf for more details.

DEAR SIR INDIAN DRINKS LIKE JUICES, JALJEERA, SHIKANJVI, AAM PANNA ETC I THINK IS VERY BIG SOURCE OF EMPLOYMENT. THESE DRINKS ARE VERY GOOD FOR HEALTH BUT THESE DAYZ THESE DRINKS ARE USED VERY LESS COLDDRINKS OF MNCS LIKE COCA-COLA, PEPSI IS THE MAIN REASON OF THIS. THESE DRINKS SHOULD BE BANNED AS THEY ARE VERY HARMFUL. Companies SPENT HUGE AMOUNT ON ADVERTISEMENTS BY STARS PEOPLE GET INFLUENCED AND START DRINKING. COKE IS LIKE TOILETS CLEANER. THIS WIL CREATE LARGE AMOUNT OF EMPLOYERS.

Create a policy for micro scale industry making them join government. Policy should include free license provided quality of product removing govt officers hurdles, tax benefits as per corporate norms, loans based on history of track record. free publicity in govt website meant for them which improve competition between them and increase jobs in growing business.

In Industry and Manufacturing Sector, Particular in small and unorganized Sector, Labour policies of Government must change immediately. Though on paper these policies look like benefiting the labourer, but actually these policies are benefiting only to Government Labour officers and harassment to industries in reality. The policies such as labour licence registration, P.F. and other benefits should be simplified and online registration and process should be initiated.
