Conservation of trees can be done by banning export of papers. In India most of the papers produced by cutting trees are exported . many foreign countries have banned production of papers in their countries to conserve trees and started to import papers from India .In India we are cutting trees and exporting the products to foreign countries

Develop the coconut board . There are lot of scope to manufacture various products like coir , which can be exported to foreign countries . Also discourage burning of parts of the trees which is sued to cook foods, boil water in rural areas . This can be done by promoting solar cookers and solar heaters. Lot of trees can be saved by doing this.Those trees and its parts can be used in a positive way like production of papers. .

Sir in greater noida there are very industries of all types in kasna boundry but most of them are not running now because the local gundas make a demand of levy from them if they not provide then you do not know what will be the result result will be dangerous do something of these police is not innocent from these but they do nothing so for job creation this is necessary to eradicate these local gundas

Promote e commerce as it will provide employment to large sections of population. Incentive could be tax holiday or even reduced taxes for a specified duration. Must be made mandatory to e commerce SMEs that their ware houses must be outside city limits and preferably in rural areas and must cover minimum 50 percent states, have own logistics including transportation and courier services. It is a win win scheme for all including the customer.

6. Making it simpler to start small businesses by having simple, transparent and clear rules and procedures. 7. Easy access to credit, tax incentives and conducive legal environment for SME sector. 8. Follow growth oriented policies and create an investor friendly atmosphere. 9. Setting up more vocational training institutes and improving their quality with specific focus towards employability in services sector. 10. Revamp of the education system by making it more employment friendly.

1. Concrete steps to shift population pressure from agriculture to manufacturing and industrial sectors. 2. Reduced population pressure on land will lead to lesser fragmentation, better and efficient utilisation of land, which will lead to increase in agricultural production and prosperity for farmers. 3. Manufacturing sector to follow labour intensive policies. 4. Focus on targeted skill development with focus on job suitability. 5. Reform of labour laws.
