Though we have dedicated hospitals for liver, heart, neurosciences, psychitry, there is no dedicated hospital in public sector. like china focus on skill development right from school level(irrespective of academic streams) and make them work in each gov deptt as interns compulsory.so that two thing are achieved.one manpower shortage at various ministry and govt deptt can be handled , transparency can be maintained and bottle neck can be done away at very faster pace at a fraction of cost.till now we believed in NGO's and corporates to do there responsibility and have taxes and economic subsidy in return.here we could take big step in removing unemployment problem .reward them if u feel job done to satisfactory level. this is skill development on job..

There is a huge potential for Job Creation. As few countries like Japan & US are using Inland waterways for max inward trade, India has a huge potential in this sector (Jal Vikas Yojna) and create huge employment as a result.

Human resources in healthcare is important hurdle in achieving Millennium Development Goals. Also the available resources are not utilized optimally in public health facilities. There is no system to monitor the performance of doctors. The performance of health care staff should be measured and accordingly incentives should be paid. Nurses are backbone of healthcare and their status should be glorified. Political interference is creating problems in routine of doctors at public health facilities
