I think Alternative Energy sources for Power generation - solar, clean drinking water, health and sanitation, primary education are prime needs which requires entrepreneurial engagement to start with in rural India where 70 % of the population lives.

1. Promote entrepreneurship from school as govt cannot create jobs for the population. 2. Create centres of excellence which guide and encourage people to realize their dreams from inception to reality supported with technology and micro financing support structure. 3. These key areas should be reserved for SME's. 4. Change of mindset from Employee to Employer. 5. Organize trade fairs wherein people can educate themselves about new technologies available across the world for implementation.

There are lot of companies/sectors looking for employees, however there is a heavy gap between job-seekers (especially from villages) and job-providers. This gap has to be bridged by providing proper knowledge on availability of nearby(5-30 km range) jobs to the job-seekers and also training them in skills required for jobs available. For this a complete survey has to be made on available opportunities, number of unemployed in a particular area as an initial step.

The government should strictly impose guarantee conditions on the goods being sold in India. The guarantee period must be increased to at least 3 years from the present either 1 year or no guarantee at all for all the goods manufactured in India while simultaneously increasing the guarantee for foreign manufactured / imported goods to 5 years. Implementing longer guarantee period on imported goods would ensure that the Indian manufacturing sector would sustain the competition from imported goods

Nursing care takers can be promoted in all hospitals. Most of the working groups are finding difficult to take care of their family members especially when they are admitted in hospitals. When young males and females are trained and are available in hospitals they can take care of the patients and the attenders need not take leave from the job and waste time in hospital,Also many patients are not given treatment in time due to the problem of inability to take leave.Promote nursing care takers

To boost job opportunities in India,we can do the following! We or The Govt.Of India has to organize a contest which extracts the ideas within each individual.A person who is good at C++ may not face any questions pertaining to C++in his interview and company looses him.So we need to assess each individuals strength and then give him necessary guidance and pool the ideas and find some means to improve. In this way manpower skill is improved and it will be a great step to make India knowledgehub

The fisheries related development will benefit people across the entire coast of India starting from Mumbai down to Kanyakumari along the Konkan coast and all the way up to Kolkatta along the coramandal coast. Fish being a source of protein, we can ensure protein supply to our local population while providing jobs to people across the coast. Moreover, the people along the coast are already used to fishing and fish eating and thus culturally it is an easy sell.
