We should introduce a " Learn While You Earn " as the Prime Minister's Youth Abhiyan. The idea is that each student above 10 years will be provided with training as per their choice and will be provided with 2 hours of work every day and get paid for that. The normal school hours to start at 7:30 AM and end at 12:30 PM. The training and work will start after a rest of 1:30 hours and will continue till 4:00 PM. This will make the student learn while he earn. The program targets rural students.

AS WE ALL KNOW IN EVERY VILLAGE THERE IS SOME WASTE LAND. MY POINT IS IF GRAM PANCHAYAT IS DEVELOP THIS LAND PARTICULARLY FOR JAWAR, MAIZE AND OTHER CROPS WHICH ARE USEFUL FOR CATTLE FARMING THAN WE CAN USE AGRICULTURE LAND ONLY FOR FOOD CROP AND WE CAN EASILY INCREASE THE PRODUCTION OF FOOD CROPS AS WELL AS IT WILL HELPFUL TO FARMERS FOR GETTING CHEAP CATTLE FOOD FROM GRAM PANCHAYAT ON NO PROFIT NO LOSS BASE EVEN IT WILL INCREASE EMPLOYMENT IN VILLAGES

First and foremost- education for all in every field is the core in reducing unemployment. age bar, lack of specific technical courses are the main problems in getting job oriented education, and being self employed. Govt should immediately lift the AGE BAR limit in getting admissions in various institutes. India thinks of running bullet trains but there's not even a single institute providing technical expertise of running these trains in India; and there're many such fields.
