Lack of job creation due to poor policy of banks. Banks give loan on big industries 50% of which don't repay it. They refuse loans of skilled youth because they don't have any home or property in city. Agriculture land is not accepted by banks as surety. If this policy is improved 15% jobs can be incresaed in india.

Security of India is utmost important and in my view it is biggest job creator as well. We need to start a security company CPSF (Central Private Security Force). This will be similar to CISF. This can employ short service commission retired personals from Indian forces or from paramilitary force. This will be 51% holding company of Gov. of India rest can be from public shareholding. This company will provide security in cities and towns as it is provided by only private players today.

There are several types of flowers, fruits, tress, vegetables and plants in the world. Most of them are not in India. Formulate a policy measure to bring those nature-related objects into India in order to create more employments in agriculture. As in agriculture, there are several novel products and innovative services in the developed countries. Create a policy measure to bring those services and products into India.

Some business trades should be For BPL people only -They should be allotted machineries with basic training for being independent & slowly subsidies should be taken back as they grow.Marketing should be handled by Government. They should only be asked to manufacture as per demand. For eg- South should be explored for Incense sticks & Match boxes manufacturing, North for food processing units(pickle manufacturing etc), East for Fish processing , And west for auto parts & solar equipments.

We need to promote entrepreneurship in this field and promote a corporate style model for the development of farmers. Land allocation within the control of government wherein application can be invited for the production crops and vegetables on those lands and then a substantial return or profit sharing can be done with the person. This will reduce the risk of crop failure and bad production. We can secure this by insuring the crop production.

For Industries/Manufacturing 1)Most important is the easiness of starting a business in India. Please make the registration process simpler and quicker. 2)Establish the industries in tier 2&3 cities so that those cities will start getting jobs. 3)Try to provide easy credits to help these businesses grow. 4)A policy for the established businesses contribute to small scale businesses’ growth in their region. 5)Provide incentive for certain number of years for starting a small business.

1. Create a village level community centre displaying the latest agricultural techniques. 2. Transfer knowledge of such technique in simple form to local farmers. 3. Linkages of such centres- Forward Linkages to markets for surveys to ascertain as to which product to grow and backward linkages to agricultural universities and research centres to ascertain the technique to be adopted for production. Attached a pic of my terrace, a hydrosystem which I made to produce english vegetables.
