for agriculture growth we have to make commite at village level not at block level the commite is appointed by the government my taking applications from the village and appoint them by a process.Now make a centre in village now at this centre government should provide pesticides,fertilizers,a scientist,tractor,all agricultural equipment which can be used by the villagers at a minimum cost,provide vegetable and fruit purchase centre at block level motivate farmers..provide employement at village

Right now all efforts are on job creation in manufacturing and services.... There is urgent need to promote culture of entrepreneurship over the 10 to 6 job mentality. Govt can take a separate programme to develop entrepreneurship among BPL, SC, ST and minorities. Here govt can support to these vulnerable groups for skill development, finance and marketing. Govt can initiate a separate scheme for unemployed youths for starting their business offshore..

1. For rivers which only flow in rainy season - Use the rural unemployed to create tanks IN the river beds which fill up during rainy season. This will improve ground water levels & irrigation. Wages paid to their bank account. 2. Develop silk farming in suitable areas - private sector. 3. Private sector develop sewage treatment plants in all cities > 50,000 pop with local labor. Charge users for facility. Local labor. 4. Grow flowers for domestic & export sales outside cities.

Government should help some good educated youth to establish some sort of SSI in undevloped village area and the person should belong to that area. In this way people will not migrate to other place for work & therefore will actively participate in agricultural activities there.Also Govt. should provide free agricultral degree education to the childrens of farmer.

India has +5,90,000 villages with 74 cr people. 4,95,000 Villages (84%) are having less than 2,000 persons totalling 34 cr people. In this smaller villages 20 Cr persons are at the age between 16 to 59 years. Establish Village Groups to have min. 2,000 persons. 1. What we import more like, Electronic items, Defense equipment, Aircraft etc. We Indians spend more on these items but no job in India for this spending.
