To make every city a smart city start motivating people first instead of developing even if we start development and people don't have proper knowledge then whole of the development will be wasted.so first public representatives and organizations started motivating people regarding cleanliness and to deliver lectures how to protect environment.if the session has been succesful then people themselves started working towards smart projects by creating own garbages and planting tree.

Mumbai was a group of seven islands. The causeways connecting them were built only one or two metres above the high tide level. (Some, like at the Haji Ali Darga are even below the high tide level). As high tide occurs only twice a month and is entirely predictable, one must learn to live with it. Storm water drains is priority one for every city. Simply map the low lying areas, Do yoga to overcome your greed for land, and have more play grounds, maidans and mangroves. Then FSI of 20 is doable.

Namste PM MODIJI. We see plenty of problems near railway station for example problem of human waste on track near platform because of it bad smell on platform.so I have suggestion that we can close all toilets near platform so platform area will be clean. People purposely use toilet when train is on platform so by making laws or educating them we can stop this.
