ANSWER 2 – A ‘Smart’ idea that should be replicated is Active and Responsive traffic management system of the Union Territory CHANDIGARH. It’s a well designed and well managed system that ensures compliance with traffic rules. A Lot of lives are saved since accidents rarely took place as there is 100% compliance with traffic rules. Hence it must be replicated in every city.

My idea for smart city is: Smart city will generate lot of garbage which will include degradable like food which can be used to create a biogas which can be provided to poor people and non degradable material can be used to make railway sleeper of recycled plastic since railway hasn't developed fully yet and will be an integral part of smart city project.
