90% farmers are illiterate.Hence they could be connected by radio or through any content which is pictoral. These pictures should be played in public place to make them aware. They should be called by callcentres to know their views and make them feel king.Make government banks responsible for selling good seeds and buy crops from farmers and record all transactions. This will open commodity based banking system. The banks will be mediator for selling to external world. This will keep check on price.

There is always a loss for farmers when the private broker comes to the door step and buy the grains. Small farmers are not updated with the government's bid and they pay less price. I would recommend that all seths (brokers) should be given a digital device which should print receipt along with current gov rate for the specific grain while buying the same from farmers. And it should be connected to a centralized DB which will be monitored by the government officials.
