As most of the farmers don't have consistency in use with latest technology so it's better if we start with existing resources instead of creating a new one as many of them won't adapt to them. So let's see what we have got here. One option is we can integrate a digitalised forum which will keep farmers updated on existing GramPanchayats. We can also start broadcasting stations as Radio and TVs are most widely distributed resources. Nothing is impossible with 'Modi Sarkar'!!

In Maharashtra It is said that Loadsheding of Electricity is reduced to 85 feeder but in realty every village is observing 6-14 hour load shedding and it is only because of vested interests of leaders in Power sector Everybody is trying to kill Maharashtra State Power utilities by employing their karyakartas as contractors,

Government can open an outlet in every village, (something like ration store) but this store will be dedicated to the farmers only. A SUBSIDIZED STORE with government employee working in it. Where farmers can get good quality of seeds and fertilizers at subsidized rates. Each such center will also have a agriculture specialist who will give free consultation to the farmers. e.g. why are the crops spoiling, which pesticides to use, when to sow the seeds, weather info, scientific methods...

1) Ask banks to provide "Kisan Branch", where farmers can deposit their crop produce as well, along with money 2) Banks will have tie up with storage facilities managements for safe keeping of these crop produce 3) The passbook of farmers would have these crop deposits recorded as well

I think first we have to do that shift institutes like PUSA into rural areas besides New Delhi bcz In Delhi there is no agriculture practices so what is the use of PUSA here..If we can shift it any rural area farmers can connect with scientist directly & get benefits of the research which help them to grow more & its can create "Hunger Free India".

Suggestion A 1) Create a farmer call center 2) Make it mandatory for all telecom providers to have a menu option in their toll free number provided to customers, this farmer call center enabled, so that farmer doesn't have to remember this Suggestion B 1) If possible, provide all farmers, who have malguzari reciepts of last few years, say 5, free mobile phone 2) These phones should have "Farmer specific Apps installed". 3) Can think of app to pay malguzari receipts through mobile recharg
