With available and limited resources "Diffuser Technology(we)" can at least double India's horticulture production. We are doing it on our small scale. Give us chance. 1) First we need to measure - A) water use efficiency - how much water is being consumed by the plants? and how much farmers are pouring. B) Fertilizer use efficinency - same like water. Our survey- water and fertilizer use efficiency is only 30-35%. With diffuser technology - water and fertiliser use efficency is 95%.

1. Create staellite-linked pc network at public places (e,g, local panchayat office.) which play videos on demand about specific agricultural topics and create awareness. 2. Allow unrestricted access to these to all farmers by placing and advertising them well. Assign a village / block level officer to encourage farmers to use the technology. 3. Gather feedback and questions to create relevant videos. 4. Convert it into an online open eduction platform, have assessments and certification.

When all farmers send their children to study, nobody will be left out as agri labour. Automation, robotic advanced technology equipments for farming will replace the shortage of labour, save time and increase production. The rich people are taking govt subsidies in the name of farmers. The real benefits should go to real farmers who own agri lands below 25 acres and only those should be given free electricity that too by way of solar pumps which will not be a recurring expenditure to govt.

First there is a need of development of Local language software which can be used in all kinds of mobile. So the software will be down loaded to all the farmers mobile. Once a day or weak agricultural related matters such as market rate, weather report etc. can be send to the farmers through SMS and free reply facility to be given. so that the real time information can be given to the farmers and we can save time energy life of the Farmers and Agruculture

More and more interaction between scientists and farmers are required. Insurance to farmers need to be granted in case of crop failure due to use of such a lab developed technology. This will encourage our farmers to use more and more innovative measures developed in labs in their fields ultimately benefiting our nation.

First and foremost thing id to scrap APMC Act. Involve a govt agency like FCI to purchase from farmers and sell it to the consumers at a fixed rate to be decided by govt. Also, subsidies are a must for bringing about investment in food processing sector including bringing about consumer education towards faith over packaged food.

What we need is a community based agricultural development on the lines of the Communists. Group all the small farmers into Co-operative societies, on regional basis. This co-operative society will appoint a youngster with knowledge in Computer. This innovator (or a team) will be responsible for updating farmers with all the facts and new developments. Through this method we can add job oppurtunities, bring youngsters into agriculture, as well as energise our "old" agricultural sector. :)
