Study the “e-sagu project” developed by Dr. PK Reddy in Andhra Pradesh and see if this can be scaled up for a bigger region. Perhaps, by an IT firm. The system in its current form allows agricultural scientists in Hyderabad to deliver expert advice to village farmers through a portal via intermediary network of agents, who collect photographs of crops and upload it to a portal for analysis. The agricultural scientists evaluate these photographs and provide advice that is relayed to farmers.

Our country has Indian agriculture research institute. The results of the research must be properly addressed to the farmers. If the institute tasks few people who can explain to farmers in a language which they can understand regarding the research work done by the institute than the farmers may get valuable tips. This can be done during panchayat meetings. The district collector should take the responsibility in order to inspire farmers to use the latest technologies in farming.

Using polygon application from google earth, by copying polygon and pesting it at earthpoint.us\shapes anyone con measure agriculture land area under use without help from land record office or without using total station or such sofisticated instruments. Land area problem is measure reason of differences between villagers. School computer lab and internet connection is sufficient. By giving some incentives and training to village school gov can use computers for betterments of farmers.
