First i would like to wish My Gov Team for this best work. 1. We need to create a farmers batch in every villages. 2. We have to appoint an agriculture expert to every village (Job creation). 3. These experts have to create batches of farmers on their land and financial bases. 4. Expert has to study about the every farmer’s land soil and his financial status 5. And last 3 years his income from agriculture. And depending on this 6. Expert has to give target to farmers to make more income.

As it's a suggestion for policy making, here are my thoughts, as per my understanding:1.Education for farmer's children Hindi/English medium.2.To retain them after all the education in the village is the toughest job; 3.Make Audio / Videos available on the websites for formers; 4.The audio/video should be available to listen/see on cheapest mobile with free sms delivery. 5. Also farmer should be able listen by dialing tollfree number from phone in regional languages.

Technology required here to educate our farmers is similar to the one developed by IITK for gardeners http://vkvk.iitk.ac.in/mfm/. Though without funding they are faltering. Please look at the project I am sure, same technology can be extended to farmers.

I recently saw Telangana farmers commit suicide on cotton farming issue. Next day I watched a famous agri scientist talking about when to SOW the seeds. It was a pity that the farmers wasted their expensive seeds without this knowledge and committed suicide. A Govt helpline which can connect local weather and rainfall data with location information.. soil condition by farmer in telling farmer about the time to sow seeds. This can be integrated on a mobile platform
