Developing the web page like an upside down pyramid will help the use of the web page to locate the required information very easily. Further, instead of taking user altogether to the different page in same or other tab, a full size pop-up will be very useful. It will be very interactive if its appearance will be like a presentation of "Prezi". If the site starts with a site map on the Home Page only, then it will also help the users on the larger side. Effective tool of search should presen

Option 2; Digital India is a transformation programme and hence the site needs to be different from the traditional looks of typical websites. Even 'Make in India' has a different look. Option 3 is too much of graphics with little focus on links to content. My choice is 'Option 2"

Option 2: for it being more contemporary design than classic. I liked block color = page color concept. Proposals: page background can be made a vertical gradient in grey from 10% to say 25%. National emblem can be made of sharp golden lines with transparent background (png image). colors of tiles can be limited to Indian tricolor i.e: Top row white text on saffron block, middle row navy blue text on white block and bottom row as white text on green block.

Option 1 is more appropriate Some suggestions 1. The 9 pillars of digital India are not clearly depicted in the images on the home page. 2. There should b a map of India in the background bridging the gap between rural and urban India 3. The text "Digital India Programme" in a rectangle with a blue background occupies more space than necessary. This space be reduced so that the theme text and pictures are given more space and prominence.

OPTION -2 What I found 1) 29 numbers square and rectangles symbolized 29 States 2) YOUTH ATRACTING VIBRENT COLOURS. 3)Colours symbolized different culture in India. what I want to suggest 1)Replace the colour position of ORANGE & GREEN ,so it will appear our TRI COLOUR (Tiranga) in center position of a web site and eye catching position 2)Do not put social media ICON at nearby “ ASHOK STAMBHA” 3)It should be always on TOP. Plz ref modified suggestive drawing
