Suggestions for various tools available in the market today, for rule based content filtering online

Digital content uploaded by citizens on social media websites, government websites, etc. include text, photos, documents, etc. Such content requires filtering before it can be stored in databases or published online for public viewing. This filtering includes scanning for inappropriate content like potentially communal or politically sensitive statements, pornography, etc.

MyGov proposes to integrate such tools managing the content on the platform. Suggestions are invited regarding the best currently available software that can be used by MyGov for rule based online content filtering. The suggestions should include complete name of the software, details of the software, vendor and the relative merits of the tool vis-à-vis other such tools. The inputs can be provided in text, .doc or .pdf format.

Hello, Can anyone help me to resolve my query, as per your generic initial specification there is no product available for rule based content filtering. Because there is no such product available to work under customised CMS not only that all social media have different security policy. So as per my experience there is no such ready toll available. You can discus with me on this Regards

As far as Enterprise tools are concenrned, Microsoft Exchange an most leading Email Servers do content filtering. Most firewalls & Anti Virus Software also provide content filtering. Some Free tools such as OpenDNS and K9 are also good content filtering options. There are 100s of companies offering the content Filtering solutions and all have their Pros and Cons. I believe Gov should partner with leading IT Security products company and build a suited solution based on an existing product.

Content filtering Drupal 8. (still in beta) It has rules and input filters to find and filter input texts, bad words, spams etc. It is more that just a cms, and free and used by whitehouse.gov, and it is matured enough to be a digital management flatform. link: drupal.org free and open source. some people may struggle at first if they dont know drupal but it is much powerfull and easy. with facebooks latest HHVM with Nginx server setup it will fly. processing pdf & doc needs custom coding

Service provided by google's search by image ,tineye is another website also firefox plugins also helps to verify about same services to verify the image

sir i work at Adobe system incorporate there are two products that can be very help full one is Adobe forms central so that our government forms can be filled online as you have already taken an initiative to make it a single page this technology will be very use full as people can fill online forms from any plat form. second is eco sign where people can digitally sign all application or forms they can fill. This two things can actually boost digital India as all application .bank ,licence, etc
