The Pasighat Municipal Council (PMC) is pleased to inform you that our City has been selected through a competitive process for Smart City Mission under the Ministry of Urban Development (MoUD). In the next phase, our city has to compete with others to make it to the top 20 to be taken up for first round of funding, for year 2015-16.
Pasighat is now required to formulate a vision, mission and a proposal in consultation with its citizens and other stakeholders. Your City needs you!! So, PMC urges the citizens of Pasighat to share their opinions and ideas to make our “Pasighat- a Credible Smart City”. Your views are valuable and can make a difference to our city!!
Your valuable suggestions can bring significant transformation to your city and improve the life of citizens. Please formulate your vision statement for Pasighat (preferably in less than 50 words) and submit on www.mygov.in
The prize money for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd position is Rs. 11000, Rs.7000 and Rs.5000 respectively.
The last date to submit your entries is 12th November, 2015.

My vision for pasighat. Overall development of basic amenities such as better road connectivity,proper garbage management, drainage management,medical collage,hi-tech medical, improved infrastructure of schools and collages, availability of quarters for govt employees, continuous water supply and electricity.

Road by law is must while designing the road and there must be provision for drainage system, electric pole and water supply pipe line.minimum four lane should be provided for main road and two lane for the sector road and one lane can be consider for sub-sector lane.
